What is Care Farming?
Care Farming is the therapeutic use of farming for healing, comfort, and the promotion of positive health. Care Farming may also be referred to as, "green care." Studies have shown that farming and working with nature may decrease stress and aid physical well-being. Care Farming is nature-based health promotion! And so worth our time!
