The City is failing to fulfill its public responsibilities. 

Despite emails and contacts, including multiple police visits, the Tier 3 homeless encampment has not been addressed. Months have passed, not a word from the town, despite hundreds of lawsuits and new laws enacted. This experience showcases negligence and it has become clear that the City is ignoring its lawful duties.
